Ratan Palace offers spacious rooms and excellent service from the owner, who really goes out of their way to help guests. While I appreciated the owner's efforts and the clean sheets, I had some issues with the hot water availability and Wi-Fi connection. The overall ambiance felt a bit too casual for a hotel, akin to a local residence. It's a decent option for a short stay, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.

Ratan Palace offered a great stay overall with spacious and clean rooms, a stunning view of the fort, and truly helpful service from Mr. Purohit. However, I did face some issues with hot water availability and Wi-Fi connection during my stay. Nevertheless, it still felt like fantastic value for money, especially with the excellent food and the free pickup service.

I had a lovely experience at Ratan Palace. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, including a late-night pick-up when we arrived. The room was clean and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. However, some rooms could use better airflow.
